E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities of our online marketplace.
The role involves communicating with vendors, managing product listings, monitoring orders, assisting customers, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the overall marketplace operation.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with online platforms and customers.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, sales, or online marketplace operations is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Experience with product listing and order management is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
